TES Pre-K Newsletter - Last week we learned about the letter F, read "The House that Jack Built" and "The Town Mouse and Country Mouse". We made a counting book and learned about the letter 6.
This week, we will introduce the letter F and number 7, read the story "Many Ways to Say Hello", make graphs and learn the rhyme "Pat-a-Cake".
We call a diamond a rhombus. This is the term that K-5th use. Please work on colors, numbers 1-10, letters A-Z (both capital and lower case) and shapes with your child. If you are working on writing your child's name with them, please remember to use correct capitalization. Ex. Penny, not PENNY.
Reminders to parents: School starts at 7:45am each morning, and ends at 3:25pm. Parent pickup will go out at 3:15pm. Please send box tops to school. Upcoming events: November 21st - November 25th is Thanksgiving Holidays. School will resume from Thanksgiving Holiday on November 28th. Halloween Snack will be at 2:30. Parents are invited.
