Construction of Four Poultry Houses in Shelby County, Texas
July 22, 2025 - U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency (FSA) announces they will be completing an Environmental Assessment for the Construction of Four Poultry Houses located at 1343 County Road 4088, Timpson, TX, Property ID: 620843. The primary objective of the activity is to purchase and clear roughly +/- 15 acres of wooded area to construct four new poultry houses.
FSA is accepting comments on the potential effects of the proposed project on protected resources and the human environment through August 22, 2025. Information regarding this project can be reviewed in person at the FSA Nacogdoches County Service Center.
