What's Happening at the Library?

September 15, 2020 - The Fannie Brown Booth Library is open and we are adjusting to this COVID-19 world. So many things have changed in the last six months, but we are learning to adapt and make changes where necessary.

When visiting the library, there are a few things to know.

The Library has changed its hours:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Thursday:  12 noon - 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, Sunday & Monday:  CLOSED
  • We have to limit the number of patrons in the library at one time. Please come to the back door and knock loudly to allow us to monitor entry and exit.
  • Due to social distancing guidelines, we have only 3 computers available during library hours.
  • Masks must be worn in the library. If you forget your mask, we have them available for $1.

Since we are unable to have Preschool Story Time due to COVID-19, we will have activity bags ready for preschoolers to pick up each Tuesday. These bags contain crafts, coloring pages, songs, and other activities to go along with the theme.

And of course, we still have books.

Hope to see you soon!
