August 16, 2021 - Timpson Area Genealogy and Heritage Society is pleased to announce Tommy Williams will present our August program Wednesday, August 18, at 2pm.
The meeting will take place in the community room in the annex at the rear of Timpson Public Library, located on the corner of Bremond and Austin streets.
Mr. William's, a 1965 graduate of Timpson High School, will relate his family's history since they settled in the Silas area in the 1870s Mr. William's still lives on this same property. He will discuss his family's ties with other families in our area. In addition, Mr. William's, clearly the possessor of information and stories passed down through the generations, will tell us how the family farm has evolved over time.
The public is invited.
