Pop-Up Workforce Centers – To bring services closer to residents of the rural communities, Workforce Solutions Deep East Texas partners with local organizations and offers pop-up centers. Individuals have access to useful tools for finding a job, improving skills, and furthering or changing careers.

- Hiring Red White & You Job fair is set for Thursdays, November 9, 2023, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Pitser Garrison Convention Center in Lufkin and November 16, 2023, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Polk County Commerce Center in Livingston. For the first time, there are two opportunities for job-seekers in our 12-County region to attend this annual job fair! The event is organized by Workforce Solutions Deep East Texas, in partnership with the Texas Workforce Commission, Texas Veterans Commission and the Texas Medical Center. Hiring Red, White & YOU! is free and open to the public with priority access during the first hour for current and former military, and their spouses. Registration is not required.
