Masterson and the DAVMAR Art Gallery in Center, Texas are loaning the hospital several contemporary pieces from Mr. Masterson’s collection that will bring color and beauty to gathering areas of the hospital.
June 10, 2019 – Nacogdoches Medical Center (NMC) is leading a community campaign to provide a healthy breakfast for area children and adults struggling with hunger. The Healthy Over Hungry® Cereal Drive collects healthy cereal as well as monetory donations that will go towards the purchase of perishable breakfast items. The drive kicks off Friday, June 7 and runs through Friday, June 14.
June 3, 2019 Nacogdoches – NMC Wound Care Center is helping raise awareness of chronic wounds during the sixth annual Wound Care Awareness Week, being held from June 3 to June 7. Wound Care Awareness was established in 2014 to bring attention to the chronic wound epidemic and the 6.7 million Americans who are currently living with non-healing wounds. Program Directors across the nation take this time to dedicate to educate physicians, patients and the general public about the chronic wound epidemic and the advanced wound care solutions available.
