SFA to Host Follow-up to Successful Blood Drive

Leadership and Service Programs will sponsor another blood drive from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, outside the Baker Pattillo Student Center on campus.

SFA Interior Design Program Partnering with Houston Community College to Aid in Hurricane Relief

September 5, 2017 Nacogdoches — Stephen F. Austin State University’s interior design program is partnering with Houston Community College to collect supplies for students in HCC’s interior design program who were affected by Hurricane Harvey.

In early August, SFA and HCC formed a partnership to offer Houston-area students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in interior design a more convenient option to acquire their degree. HCC students can now earn an SFA degree in interior design on the HCC Central Campus.

Inaugural Orientation Held for New Master of Science in Nursing Program

Uber Event Rescheduled Due to Weather Conditions

August 28, 2017 - An event celebrating the arrival of Uber services in Nacogdoches will be rescheduled for a later date, due to weather conditions in the area.

The ride-hailing service, common in larger cities, will begin operating soon in Nacogdoches. The event was originally scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 30, 2017 on the Stephen F. Austin State University campus.
