May 15, 2019 - The Excelsior PTO met in the library on May 7th for its end of the year meeting. Brag tag trips, scholarships, and graduation were among its agenda items.
Election of officers for 2019-2020 was Gabby West, President; Barbara Scates, 1st Vice President; Alice Howard, 2nd Vice President; Candyce Wagnon, Secretary; and Leslie Schulz, Treasurer.
The Excelsior PTO meets once a month during the school year. All family members are encouraged to attend the meetings.
August 30, 2016 - The Excelsior PTO met in the school library on August 29, 2016. The date for the annual PTO Halloween Carnival was set for October 15, 2016 from 6-9 in the school gym.

December 2, 2015 - The Excelsior ISD music classes will present their Christmas Program on Tuesday, December 15th at 6:00pm. Please invite friends and family to this yearly event. There will be beautiful sings, lots of hand bell rining and even a visit from Santa! We lookk forward to seeing you and your family! Merry Christmas!
October 27, 2015 - First United Methodist Church in Center, TX invites you to their fun filled fall festival! The festival will take place at the church on Wednesday, October 28th from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. The festival is directed towards the youth of the community, from grades Pre-K to 5th. There will be tons of fun, games and prizes!
September 1, 2015 - Excelsior PTO met on Monday, August 31, 2015 for the first meeting of the 2015-2016 school year. Many items were discussed for the upcoming school year. The main item of discussion was setting the date of the traditional Halloween Carnival. This is the biggest fund raiser for our school. The date was set for October 24, 2015 for 6-9 in the school gym. There will be all kinds of games, fun and food for all ages.
