September 20, 2016 - Tenaha ISD is hosting a shot/immunization clinic on Monday, October 17th for PK-12 students. This is for any student that is behind on immunizations, as well as the MCV booster (bacterial meningitis) for seniors. This is a requirement for 12th graders planning on attending a college or a vocational school upon graduation. This is a free service to our students as long as paperwork is completed and returned.

August 16, 2016 - High school football is underway as teams have already begun scrimmaging on another. The Tigers Junior Varsity team will play New Diana in a scrimmage on Thursday, August 18th at 6pm. The Tenaha Tiger 2016 JH Football season begins September 8th at Joaquin at 5pm.

August 15, 2016 - The Tenaha ISD announced today it will continue its policy to operate the Community Eligibility Program (CEP) under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for the 2016-2017 school year.
Schools qualifying to operate CEP serve breakfast and lunch to all children at no charge and eliminate the collection of meal applications for free, reduced-price, and paid student meals.
This new approach reduces burdens for both families and school administrators and helps ensure that students receive nutritious meals.
