And for those people who do not shop online much, they could be a prime target for scammers.
April 12, 2017 - TSTC will be hosting a high school welding contest 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 13 at the campus Texas State Technical College, 2650 East End Blvd. South, Marshall.
About 100 students have registered for the contest from high schools in Gregg, Harrison, Hopkins, Panola, Rusk, San Augustine, Shelby, Trinity and Upshur counties.
Competitors will be grouped into the junior division for ninth-and 10th-grade students and the senior division for 11th-and 12th-grade students. The contest will be judged by industry representatives.
