We are counting on your generosity once again as we conduct our annual Toy Drive now through December 11, 2015. We are asking for contributions of toys and clothing to be distributed to the children that we have served in the past year, who range in age from 3 to 17.
September 22, 2015 - [Austin, TX] – In an evening ceremony last night, the Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas, Inc. (CACTX) was recognized for its efforts on behalf of child victims of physical and sexual abuse across Texas. Recognized by First Lady Cecilia Abbott, Honorary Chair of the 32nd Annual Governor’s Volunteer Awards, and the OneStar Foundation, CACTX joins a select group of individuals, groups and organizations honored for a significant and measurable contribution to their communities.

July 1, 2015 - The school year is just around the corner and the Shelby County Children’s Advocacy Center wants you to help child abuse victims in need by providing them with a backpack.
There are two ways to donate: buy a backpack yourself and fill it with basic school supplies OR a $25 donation will sufficiently provide one child with a pack and supplies.
Take backpacks to the Shelby County Children’s Advocacy Center, 220 Field St. Center, Texas from 9-3 Monday thru Thursday and 9-12 on Friday. Call us at 590-9864.
