August 2, 2016 - The Shelby County Bass Anglers will hold the August pre-tournament meeting tonight, August 2nd at the Family Life Center located at the First Baptist Church in Center. The meeting will be held at 7pm. The Family Life Center is located next to the Fellowship Hall where the previous meetings have been held.

May 24, 2016 - The Shelby County Bass Anglers will hold their May pre-tournament meeting tonight at 7pm at the residence of David and Angela Koonce. This month’s tournament is scheduled for Huxley Bay Marina on Lake Toledo Bend. Anyone interested in joining the SCBA is invited to attend tonight’s meeting.

October 5, 2015 - The Shelby County Bass Anglers would like to thank all the people that contributed to the club’s annual fundraiser by purchasing raffle tickets. This was a very good fundraising event and the SCBA will put these funds back into our community by presenting scholarships to local deserving students. The following were winners:

September 6, 2015 - The Shelby County Bass Anglers will host the final regular season meeting Tuesday Sept 8th, 7pm, at the First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall in Center. All members are encouraged to attend and a reminder that ALL raffle tickets must be turned in at the meeting for upcoming drawing at the Poultry Festival. Community Service credits/ points will not be awarded to members not turning in their tickets by Tuesday night's meeting.

August 17, 2015 - The Shelby County Bass Anglers will hold their August meeting Tuesday, August 18th at starting at 6pm the residence of David and Angela Koonce on CR 1140 off of Hwy 7 west approximately one mile west of loop 500 in Center. In addition to the regular meeting, the SCBA would like invite the public to attend for a seminar presented by Lowrance Electronics. This will be a no cost seminar with up to date electronics on display along with a presentation by Lowrance employees.
