May 2, 2019 - JV Cheer Booster Club will have a BBQ chicken fundraiser this Saturday, May 4th in Napa parking lot starting at 11am. $8 includes BBQ chicken leg quarter, potato salad, baked beans, cookie and bottled water.
July 25, 2016 - Tryouts for the East Texas Boom 12U tournament team will be held at 5pm on Saturday, July 30th. Tryouts will be held at the Center Softball Complex just off CR 1000 in Center, TX. ETX Boom practices are about twice a week and participates in 1 to 2 tournaments per month. Players and their families will be expected to participate in fundraisers or pay.
July 12, 2016 - Attention all you hungry folks! On Saturday, July 16th, ETX Boom will be selling BBQ Chicken plates at the Napa -Toledo Automotive store on Hurst Street in Center. The plates will be $8.00 each and will include a chicken half, potato salad, baked beans, and a bottled water. All proceeds will go to fund future tournament play. Skip breakfast and come hungry! The girls will start serving at 10:30am.
March 22, 2016 - East Texas Boom softball tournament team will have a bake sale this Saturday, March 26th at Walmart. They are raising funds for the World Series June 23 -26 in Sulphur, LA, please come out and support your local softball girls.
March 21, 2016 - East Texas Boom Tournament softball girls will have a road block off the Center square this Friday, March 25th, to raise money for their World Series tournament. The Tournament will be held in Sulphur, Louisiana from June 23rd to 26th. This group of 12 and under girls is made up of only girls from Shelby County so please come out and support your local girls for this once in lifetime chance.
