March 23, 2016 - Joaquin Community Christian Services received a donation of Easter goodies.
Wednesday, March 23rd and Thursday, March 24th they will be handing out Easter candy, baskets, and more for people in need at their office located at 70 CR 2590 right behind First Baptist Haslam, next to Brookshire Brothers.
Today they will be there until 5pm and from 9am until 12:30pm on Thursday.
March 19, 2016 - Due to excessive flooding in the Beaumont area, The American Red Cross had to reschedule the giveaway of emergency kits to next Saturday at the firehouse at 10:00am. We are sorry for the delay, but in the mean time Community Christian Services will be open Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30am-12:30pm.
Please come to First Baptist Haslam to fill out paperwork. We will be providing food, clothes, toiletries, bedding, resources, etc. to people in need or those affected by flooding. Please give us a call if you have any questions. (936)269-3006.
