January 17, 2023 - On December 26, 2022, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the Woodland Shores Subdivision public water system, #2100037, to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes.
We have been working diligently to fill our tanks and distribution lines to no avail. Our wells will simply not support the amount of usage. We are being forced to close main line valves throughout sections of the town to allow our systems to recover.
February 14, 2019 - In response to many concerns about the Sand Hill Water Supply, a temporary change has been made to the treatment process to improve the quality of water being served to our customers. During this time we will be conducting a free chlorine burnout. Some taste and odor changes may briefly occur, but there are no associated health risks. The treatment process will start February 13, 2019 and end within 60 days.
