December 12, 2023 - First Methodist Church of Center invites the community to their Annual "Christmas Eve Candlelight Gathering" on the Square in front of the historic Shelby County Courthouse on Christmas Eve from 6pm until 6:30pm.

Blood Drive at First Methodist Church in Center

August 4, 2023 - Blood Drive "Give a Pint, Get a Pint" on Saturday, August 12 from 10am to 2:30pm at First Methodist Church, 211 Porter Street in Center. All those who donate will receive a voucher for a FREE pint of Blue Bell Ice Cream.

May 30, 2023 - First Methodist Church invites Everyone to "Donate and Celebrate" this Saturday, June 3rd at 211 Porter Street, Rain or Shine!

Blood Drive (10:30am - 2pm) and Family Fun Event (11am - 1pm)

The church is offering free food, games, and crafts for the whole family to enjoy. Your donation could save someone's life, and what a better way to commemorate that act than spending time with loved ones and spreading joy through fun activities. You don't have to Donate Blood to join and Celebrate the Family Fun Event.
