July 8, 2015 - The East Texas WildWings Finished in second place to earn a Saphire ring in the Destin Florida World Series. The Wings completed the pool games as top seed and went on to battle a rigorous final day to come up short after losing a last inning lead. The season ends for the Wings with a record of 41 wins and 6 losses.
June 17, 2015 - The East Texas Wildwings are Texas 8u AAA state champions. They competed in a 16 team bracket of the highest level of 8U baseball to capture their title.
The Wildwings boast a record of 34 wins and 4 losses to earn the top rank in Texas baseball. We would like to thank our sponsors and the supporters from all East Texas communities. The future is bright as the Wildwings move ahead into the future!
June 5, 2015 - T.J. Horton of Garrison, Texas was the lucky raffle winner of the Ruger AR-15. The raffle took place in Center's Dependable Arms by Kirk Sanford. There were 500 tickets sold with proceeds going towards helping the Wildwings 8U baseball team in their World Series appearance in Destin, Florida, July 1-5. The team would like to thank everyone who have supported this team through sponsorship or fundraising.
April 27, 2015 - The Willdwings of Center, Texas traveled to Lafayette, Louisiana last week to take on a 18 team field. The Wildwinds finished with a perfect record and only allowed a total of 9 run during the whole tournment and took gold ring honors.
The Wildwings 8U team carries an overall record of 21-2 on the season, ranking them as the #1 AA team in Texas.
The Wildwings will be back in action this weekend in Shreveport, Louisiana.
April 19, 2015 - The Wildwings Baseball team competed in a 8u tournament in Rowlett, Texas this past weekend. The team advanced to the championship where they placed 2nd place after a hard loss of 17-18.
