April 17, 2015 - Timpson High School One Act Play - Area One Act Play Competition at Panola College was held Tuesday, April 14th. The Timpson High School play Pink Lemonade for Tomorrow was named alternate play to regionals. Awards were given to: Bethany Lindgren - Hon. Mention All-Star Cast, Chorus - Hon. Mention All-Star Cast - Deon Woods, Kiasmin Page, Ty'Kuirra Bryant, Destiny Garner. Timpson High School Principal Lindgren said he was very pleased by the performance and congratulates the cast and crew for their hard work and for representing Timpson so well.
Regional Golf Tournament - Dustin Pledger competed at the Regional Golf Tournament this past Monday and Tuesday at Corsicana Country Club. Dustin Shot very well and improved the second day after adjusting to the course. As a freshmen, this was great experience for Dustin and I expect him to continue to improve and do very well in the years to come.
Malloy Competes in Welding Contest - 
Timpson High School student Isaiah Molloy competed in the Panola College Welding Contest on April 16, 2015 at the Shelby Regional Training Center in Center, TX. Isaiah took first place winning a $1,000 scholarship for welding school in the 2015-2016 school year, an auto-darkening welding helmet, Orca cooler and a custom hand-made belt buckle. Congratulations on a job well done!
