Glenda Sue Stockle, age 65 of Simsboro, was born on February 2, 1957 in Center, Texas and went to her heavenly home on February 15, 2022.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, February 18, 2022 at Owens Memorial Chapel in Ruston with Jason Cole officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Ruston under direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston, LA.

Sue enjoyed traveling, cooking and spending time with family but her favorite thing to do was boss her husband around! She had a green thumb when it came to plants and was very active in her children and grandchildren’s life. Sue had a very creative and crafty mind and there was never a time she would pass up a good adventure. She had a strong relationship and bond with her lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Audra Livingston and Pauline Hendricks Livingston; her mother-in-law, Kathryn Stockle; her sisters, Mary Ann Adams and Betty Lou Fountain; and her brother, Paskel Livingston.

Serving as pallbearers will be Matt Cross, Andy Cross, Danny Cross, Tristen Lay, Don Doyle and Brandon Anthony. Honorary pallbearers are Trent Fausett, Timothy Stockle, Ronnie Adams, Donnie Adams and Michael Adams.

The family would like to thank Lacey Stevens, Erica Wyatt and the rest of the amazing people with St. Joseph Hospice for the loving care for her during her final days.
