July 8, 2022 - Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 13th day of July, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve the minutes of June 1, 2022 Special meeting, June 8, 2022 Regular meeting, June 15, 2022 Special meeting, June 20, 2022 Special meeting, June 22, 2022 Special meeting, June 29, 2022 Special meeting, June 29, 2022 Emergency meeting, June 29, 2022 Workshop meeting of the Shelby County Commissioner’s Court.
2. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
3. Approve Officers Reports.
4. Public comments on Agenda item.
5. Discuss and consider the Declaration and Order Prohibiting Outdoor Burning.
6. Discuss and possibly approve Commissioner Pct. 3 to take sealed bids on a 2007 Ford Truck. Truck will be sold as is.
7. Approve a partial payment to Paul Hagler for work completed at the Adult Probation Building to date.
8. Discuss and possibly approve additions to the repair cost of the Adult Probation Building in the amount of $2100.00 for repairing the roof and $3450.00 for repairing the roof on the front porch of the building for a total cost of $5,550.00.
9. Tax Assessor-Collector, Debora Riley, to address the court of upcoming Tax Resale.
10. Discuss and take action to end or renew yearly contract with Computer Information Concepts for Tax office.
11. Adjourn.
