William David Campbell Sr., 72, of Joaquin, passed away Monday, November 21, 2022, in Joaquin. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at Sardis Cemetery. Interment will be at Sardis Cemetery in Shelby County.
Born January 8, 1950, Mr. Campbell is the son of M. T. Campbell and LaVennia McGee Campbell. He was an avid sportsman and loved attending car shows. He was also a member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.

Daughter, Katie LeaAnn Blackwell of Bossier City, Louisiana
Son, William David Campbell Jr. of Joaquin
Grandson, Gavin Blackwell of Bossier City, Louisiana
Sisters-in-law:
Joy Rankin and husband Lloyd of Tenaha
Cynthia Kay and husband Harold of Tenaha
Numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents, M. T. Campbell and LaVennia McGee Campbell; wife, Katie Campbell
Honorary pallbearer will be Norris Taylor.
