October 9, 2025 - Joaquin ISD is pleased to announce an “A=Superior Achievement” rating for the 2024-25 School Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST). A financial management report explaining our FIRST rating will be presented during the regular scheduled board meeting on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 6pm in the Joaquin ISD Board Room. This rating is based on actual financial data from 2023-24 and is used by the Texas Education Agency in assigning accreditation status. During this report time, the public is welcome to make comments and discuss the FIRST report.
