Melba Jean Harper Patton, 89 of Center, Texas, died at Nacogdoches Memorial in Nacogdoches, Texas on October 16, 2025. She was born to the late Elzie Harper and Bethena Nobles Harper on December 25, 1935, in Center, Texas.
Graveside services will be held on October 25, 2025, at 2:00PM at Thompson Cemetery in Shelbyville, Texas. Mrs. Patton was of Baptist faith and a member of St Paul Baptist Church in Center, Texas. Committal is at Thompson Cemetery Shelbyville.
