January 13, 2026 - Martin Luther King Jr. Day Celebration is Monday, January 19, 2026 with keynote speaker being Minister Desmond Johnson, Mount Horeb Baptist Church, San Augustine, Texas.
Plans are to meet at the Center downtown courthouse at 2:30pm with the march beginning at 3pm.
A celebration will follow promptly after the March at Bright Morning Star Baptist Church with Rev. A. Jackson, Pastor.
