April 29, 2026 - The City of Joaquin, Texas hereby gives public notice that the following city-owned real properties are offered for sale as a single package by sealed bid, pursuant to Texas Local Government Code §272.001. All parcels will be sold together as one unit; no partial bids will be accepted.

Sealed bids will be opened at the Joaquin City Council Regular Meeting on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
