July 16, 2026 - The Joaquin Public Safety Corporation will meet in regular session on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 5:30pm at the Old Fire Station located at 136 Steve Hughes Drive, Joaquin, Texas.
The following items are on the agenda for appropriate action:
1. Call to Order:
2. Roll Call: To establish a quorum.
3. Discuss and possible action on approval of minutes from the previous meeting.
4. Discuss and possible action of approval of the financial report.
5. Discuss and possible action of approving to pay bills.
6. Discuss and possible action regarding proposed grant funding to the Joaquin Volunteer Fire Department to assist with loan payments on the new fire truck.
7. Adjourn.
The Council reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of the items listed on this agenda whenever it is considered necessary and is legally justified under the Open Meetings Act.
