June 10, 2016 - Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners' Court will be held on the 13th day of June, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve the minutes of the May 9, 2016 Regular Meeting and the May 23, 2016 Special Meeting of the Shelby County Commissioners' Court.
2. Approve and pay the monthly expenses.
3. Approve Officers' Reports.
4. Public Comments on Agenda items.
5. Eric Carver of Axley & Rode, LLP to present Annual Financial Report for Shelby County, Fiscal Year 2015.
6. Stewart Cobb of First National Bank, Witchita Falls, to present leasing information for road equipment. Discuss and possibly approve lease agreement with First National Bank for Precinct 1 and Precinct 2.
7. Sheriff Blackwell to discuss and possibly approve permission to accept bid from Lunabite to build and install a Sheriff's Office website.
8. Discuss and possibly take action to take bids for a 2001 Dodge pickup and a 2008 Mac Truck owned by Precinct 2.
9. Discuss and possibly take action on appointing a Constable in Precinct 5.
10. Consider and possibly accept ROW donation from Emily Viskozki for the bridge on County Road 4564, Hilliard Creek.
11. Consider and possibly approve payment of $1500.00 for ROW easement from Red River Nacogdoches II, LP for the bridge on County Road 4256, tributary, Flat Fork Creek.
12. Consider and possibly approve payment of $1000.00 for ROW from Glodean Leadon for the bridge on County Road 4564, Hilliard Creek.
13. Consider and possibly accept ROW donation from John Watson for the bridge on County Road 4455, Spinney Creek.
14. Discuss and possibly approve extending the data processing agreement with Indigent Health Care Solutions for a period of two years.
15. Discuss and possibly approve entering into agreement with Region 5 Prevention Resource Center of the Alcohol & Drug Abuse Council of Deep East Texas.
16. Discuss and possibly approve the Resolution of the Shelby County Hazard Mitigation Plan.
17. Discuss and possibly take action to add two copiers under the office copier contract for the two district courtrooms.
