Carol Ann Racey, 81, of Joaquin, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2025, in Tyler.
Her wishes were to be cremated, and no services are planned.
Born January 16, 1944, in Delaware, Carol is the daughter of Paul William Racey and Clara Williams Racey. She loved arts and crafts and watching old westerns and gameshows. Carol loved her family and would do anything for them.
