Cleo McArthur Elliott, 83, passed away on April 17, 2026, in Center, Texas. Born on July 10, 1942, in Center, Texas, to the late Willie Ross Elliott and Martha Azlea (Furlow) Elliott.
A private interment will be held in Forest Park Cemetery in Webster, Texas.
Cleo joined the United States Navy and proudly served his country. Upon leaving the Navy he moved to Houston to start a new career. He spent many years there before retiring. After retirement Cleo moved back to East Texas and made Center his home. He found a loving friend, Barbara Amburn, and the two spent many years together. Cleo enjoyed the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his son, Bobby Mac Wayne Elliott
