With broken hearts and deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Guadalupe “Lupita” González Flores, 42, of Tenaha, Texas, who entered eternal rest on Saturday, March 14, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family (click for family photo).
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 20, 2026, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Iglesia Bautista Libertad with Pastor Julio Colegio officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.
Lupita was born November 1, 1983, in Center, Texas, to Javier González and Maria Del Rosario Morales González.
Lupita was the heart of her family—a loving wife, a devoted mother, a proud grandmother, and a cherished sister.

Honorary Pallbearer will be Jocelyn Julissa Flores.
Lupita fought a long and courageous battle with breast cancer, showing unimaginable strength, faith, and grace. Even when her body grew weak, her spirit never did. In her most difficult moments, she continued to love deeply, care for others, and hold on for her family. Her strength was a reflection of the love she carried within her.
She was a mother above all else—her children were her world, her purpose, and her greatest pride. Everything she did was for them. She gave them not only what she could, but everything she had—her time, her strength, her love, and her heart.
Lupita had a beautiful soul that touched everyone she met. She never met a stranger, and her kindness knew no limits. She was always willing to help, to give, to comfort—no matter what she herself was going through. Her kindness and love left a mark on everyone who knew her.
Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing her pain has ended and her spirit is now at peace. Her love will continue to guide her family, and her memory will live on in every life she touches.

Mom… our hearts are broken without you. There is a space in our lives that can never be filled, because you were everything to us. You were our safe place, our strength, our comfort, and our greatest blessing.
Thank you for loving us the way you did—with everything you had. You gave us your whole heart, your time, your sacrifices, and your unconditional love. You always put us first, no matter what you were going through. Even in your hardest moments, you kept fighting for us, loving us, and holding on.
We are so proud to be your children. You taught us how to be strong, how to have faith, and how to love deeply. Everything we are is because of you.
We miss you more than words can ever explain—your voice, your hugs, your smile, your presence. Life will never be the same without you, but we promise to carry you with us in everything we do. El velorio se realizará a partir de las 5:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m. el viernes 20 de marzo de 2026, en Watson & Sons Funeral Home en Center, Texas. El servicio fúnebre se celebrará a las 11:00 a.m. el sábado 21 de marzo de 2026, en la Iglesia Bautista Libertad, oficiado por el Pastor Julio Colegio. Lupita era el corazón de su familia: una esposa amorosa, una madre dedicada, una abuela orgullosa y una hermana muy querida. Le sobreviven su esposo, Samuel Flores de Center, y sus amados hijos: Ezekiel Arcibar de Center, Alex Samuel Arcibar de Center, Zaqueo Arcibar y su esposa Bryana de Tenaha, Jocelyn Julissa Flores de Center, Angel Flores de Center y Eric Flores de Center. Su preciosa nieta, Alia Marie de Tenaha, fue una de sus mayores alegrías y trajo luz a su vida; incluso en sus días más difíciles, ella disfrutaba tenerla cerca y pasar cada momento posible brindándole su amor. También le sobreviven sus hermanas: Claudia Gonzalez-Tello y su esposo Alfredo, Janeth Tello y su esposo Fausto, Ruth Gonzalez, Rosario Espinoza y su esposo Oscar; y su hermano, Javier Jesus Gonzalez; todos ellos de Center, con quienes compartió toda una vida de amor, recuerdos y lazos inquebrantables. Asimismo, le sobrevive su suegra, Guadalupe Navarrete; cuñados, Alfonso Espinoza y esposa Mercedes de Center, Gerardo Flores de Center; cuñadas, Olga Méndez y esposo Tomás de Center, Noemí Herrera y esposo Luis de México, Francisca Espinoza Bazaldua y esposo Luz Antonio de Center, Gabriela Young y esposo Tomás de Center, Paola Gómez Bazaldua y esposo Eliazid de Center.
Además, le sobreviven muchos sobrinos, primos, tías, tíos y otros familiares extendidos que la amaban profundamente.

Lupita luchó una larga y valiente batalla contra el cáncer de mama, mostrando siempre fuerza, fe y una gracia inimaginables, aun cuando su cuerpo se debilitaba, su espíritu nunca lo hizo. En sus momentos más difíciles, continuó amando profundamente, cuidando de los demás y luchando por su familia. Su fortaleza fue reflejo del amor que llevaba dentro.
Fue madre por encima de todo; sus hijos eran su mundo, su propósito y su mayor orgullo. Todo lo que hacía era por ellos. Les dio no solo lo que podía, sino todo lo que tenía: su tiempo, su fuerza, su amor y su corazón.
Lupita tenía un alma hermosa que tocó a todos los que la conocieron. Nunca hubo un extraño para ella, y su bondad no conocía límites. Siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudar, a dar y a consolar, sin importar por lo que ella misma estuviera pasando. Su bondad y su amor dejaron una huella en todos los que la conocieron.
Aunque nuestros corazones están rotos, encontramos consuelo al saber que su dolor ha terminado y que su espíritu descansa ahora en paz. Su amor continuará guiando a su familia, y su recuerdo seguirá viviendo en cada vida que tocó.

Mom... nuestros corazones están rotos sin ti. Hay un vacío en nuestras vidas que nunca podrá llenarse, porque tú lo eras todo para nosotros. Eras nuestro refugio seguro, nuestra fortaleza, nuestro consuelo y nuestra mayor bendición.
Gracias por amarnos como lo hiciste: con todo lo que tenías. Nos entregaste todo tu corazón, tu tiempo, tus sacrificios y tu amor incondicional. Siempre nos pusiste en primer lugar, sin importar por lo que estuvieras pasando. Incluso en tus momentos más difíciles, seguiste luchando por nosotros, amándonos y resistiendo.
Estamos inmensamente orgullosos de ser tus hijos. Nos enseñaste a ser fuertes, a tener fe y a amar profundamente. Todo lo que somos es gracias a ti.
Te extrañamos más de lo que las palabras jamás podrían expresar: tu voz, tus abrazos, tu sonrisa, tu presencia. La vida nunca volverá a ser la misma sin ti, pero prometemos llevarte con nosotros en todo lo que hagamos. Te honraremos amándonos los unos a los otros tal como tú nos amaste.
Encontramos paz al saber que ya no sufres, que estás descansando y que tu fe te ha llevado a casa. Sabemos que ahora velas por nosotros, guiándonos en cada paso del camino.
