Helen Joyce Goodwin, 86 of Center, departed her life in Center, Texas on April 17, 2025. Helen was born in Center, Texas to the late Ralph Mann and Christine Norris Mann on March 4, 1939.
Due to weather conditions, services have changed from graveside to funeral at Mt. Zion CME.
Funeral Graveside services will be Friday, April 25, 2025, at Mt. Zion CME Westview Cemetery at 11:30am. Rev. Richard Earl Edwards Sr. will be the Eulogist. Visitation is Thursday, April 24, 2025, at Hicks Chapel from 6pm to 8pm.
She was a person devoted to her family and to all that knew her. Helen was a member of Mt. Zion CME Church where she served faith. Helen retired at E.L. Bruce Hardwood. She worked there for many years.
