Jackie Wayne Ford, 69 of Angleton, Texas, and formerly of Center, passed away Sunday, June 29, 2025 in Galveston, Texas.
His wishes were to be cremated with no funeral.
He was born December 19, 1955 in Rogers, Arkansas to Buster and Bobbie Ford. Some of his loves were coaching his boys in baseball and taking them hunting and fishing as kids and adults. Also, sitting on the porch with the love of his life Terry, drinking a cold beer with his boys, and barbecuing like he always did on Sundays. He loved all his baby dogs as he called them with all his heart. Due to his decline in health the last few years he just couldn’t get out and do some of those things anymore but taught his boys to carry on those exact traditions with their families. Jackie was a very hard-working man and always did everything he could to make his family happy and feel loved with everything he had in him.
He was a loving husband, father, brother and was loved by so many more. On November 8, 2025, Jackie and Terry would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.
