Kathy Annette Kay, 69, of Shelbyville, passed away Sunday, October 11, 2026, in Shelbyville.
Memorial graveside service will be held at 3pm, Sunday, October 18, 2026, at Spann’s Chapel Cemetery in Shelby County.
Born May 23, 1957, in Center, Kathy is the daughter of James Howard Buckner and Claudine Gunnels Buckner. She was a secretary and great homemaker.
She is survived by:
Husband, Chuck Kay of Shelbyville
Sisters:
Jennie Clark of Neuville
Jamie Buckner of Neuville
Numerous other family members and friends
