Victoria loved life! Her positive attitude and outlook was contagious to everyone who ever knew her! Her greatest desire was to one day go back to LCM high school and spend time with her friends. Victoria was never without a smile or a kind word. It was her strength, her faith and her desire to win that captured the heart of so many. Victoria's story and her willingness to face her battle with dignity and determination made her a role model for those who knew her so well. Friends and family were very important to Victoria; she enjoyed spending time with both and always looked forward to the next visit or the next phone call. Not being the typical teenager, Victoria had to grow up fast and learn to handle things most kids never even think about. No matter what obstacle lay ahead, Victoria tackled it head on and never looked back.

Cheerleading and gymnastics were two things Victoria found important, and as in everything she did in life, she excelled in both. As a member of Horizon's Tumbling Team, Victoria traveled to the Jr. Olympics National Championship in Sacramento, California, during the summer of 2003.
