Oleta Marie Sanford, 78, of Center, Texas, passed away on January 17, 2026, in Center, Texas. She was born on May 4, 1947, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Clyde Harrison Williams and Ida Mae (Sparger) Williams.
Her wishes were to be cremated.
Oleta grew up in Bedford, Texas. She married the love of her life, Thurman Sanford, and the two spent over 62 years together before his passing in 2023. They raised three children whom she loved dearly. Oleta enjoyed sewing and crocheting. She never missed the opportunity to watch a great Hallmark movie. Oleta loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
