Ray McCollister, 29 of Nacogdoches, Texas passed from this life on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. He was born May 29, 1996 in Center, Texas to his parents, Connie Watts and Alfred McCollister.
Funeral Service is at 2pm on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at Community Funeral Home Chapel, 157 Neville Road, Center, Texas 75935 with Elder FayeDell Allen officiating. Visitation is Friday, January 30, 2026 from 10am until 5pm at Community Funeral Home Chapel in Center.
Ray attended Center ISD and was an active football and basketball player. He was a hard worker.
Later in his years, he met the love of his life and begin to take on the role as a devoted Step-Dad. Ray was a role model towards many, some were young and some were old. Most of all he looked out for his brother and stood ten toes down behind him.
Ray was preceded in death by his Father: Alfred McCollister and Grandparents: S.L. and Joan McCollister.
