Tyrone Yovan Cleveland, better known as "Stinka," passed away September 3 at his home in Center, Texas at the age of 56. He was born to the late Alton Watts and Margaret Cleveland on May 7, 1969 in Center.
Funeral service is at 2pm Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Bright Morning Star Baptist Church in Center with Pastor Anthony Jackson as Eulogist. Visitation is from 10am until 6pm on Friday, September 12, 2025 at Community Funeral Home Chapel in Center. Interment is at Westview Cemetery, Center.
At an early age, he accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at Lilly of the Valley Church of God in Christ in Center, Texas.
Tyrone attended Center school until the age of 14 when he relocated to Portland, Oregon with his aunt. Shortly after graduating in 1987, he attended college for a period of time before making the decision to move back home to Center, Texas where he became a devoted father of three and grandfather of six.
Tyrone found his way back to Christ on November 5, 2023 when he was baptized and became a member of not only Bright Morning Star Baptist Church but also became a member of the "Men of Iron" at his church.
Those who preceded Tyrone in death include his parents, Alton Watts and Margaret Cleveland; brothers, Marcus Cleveland, Christopher Cleveland, and Micheal Cleveland; and sisters, Komecia Cleveland and Kemi Cleveland.
Tyrone leaves behind to cherish his memories:
