Weldon “Banny” Greer, Sr., (80) of Center, Texas died Sunday, March 20, 2016. Mr. Greer died at Nacogdoches Medical Center in Nacogdoches, Texas.
Funeral services for Mr. Greer will be Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at St John Baptist Church in the Africa Community (2308 CR 2050, Center, Texas) at 1:00pm. Bishop William E. Nash officiating.
Mr. Greer’s survivors are:

/Son: Weldon Greer Jr.
Step Children: Gustarvus Wayne (Sharetta) Netherly, Patricia Nash, William (Pearlie) Nash, and Channing (Mellody) Daniels
Grandchildren: Michael (Shonda) Greer & La Toya Greer
Brothers: Felton Greer, Sr. & James Greer
Special First Cousin: Tom Gardner
Special Friends to be Mention: L.V. “Totsy” Williams, Willard McClelland, and Wendell Johnson
Preceding in Death: Shelda Lynn Greer (Daughter), Lorine Gaddis (Mother), Leo Greer (Father), Valton “Cuda” Greer (Brother), Rayford Greer (Brother), and Prentice Greer (Brother).
Visitation: Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Hicks Chapel from the hours of 6pm-8pm
Committal: St John Cemetery in the Africa Community
