November 17, 2021 - Shelby County AgriLife Extension will host a Forage Seminar on November 18, 2021. The admission is $20 if you RSVP by November 15th, $30 at the Door with a meal at 5:30pm and program starts at 6pm at the Extension Office.
July 31, 2018 - Texas Department of State Health Services accredited food handlers program will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2018 from 5-7pm costing $20 at the Shelby County Extension Office 266 Nacogdoches Street, Center, Texas.
The class is a basic overview of food safety practices that are necessary to ensure you serve safe food at your establishment. Some of the items to be discussed will be good personal hygiene, cross contamination, time and temperature abuse. Certifications cards will be issued by the State upon completion of the class.
