December 6, 2022 - Operation Blue Santa would like to announce the winners of the Store Front Window Decorating contest! This was a very hard decision for the comittee to make, but with much consideration and thought and our decisions were based on Use of theme, Visibility at night (use of lights), Design Creativity/Uniqueness, Appearance and Neatness, Overall Presentation, and People's Choice (via social media).
