July 23, 2026 - Shelbyville I.S.D. is pleased to announce that Senior Citizens (age 65 or over) **Proof Of Age And Residence Required** who reside in Shelbyville I.S.D. will be admitted free of charge to all Home Athletic Events for the 2026-2027 school year, by presenting a Shelbyville I.S.D. Gold Card Pass.

Please come by the Shelbyville I.S.D. Administration Office at your convenience to pick up a Gold Card.

May 20, 2026 - The Shelbyville Dragons Boys Baseball team will play tomorrow, May 21 versus Frankston in Hallsville at 3pm and NOT 6pm.

May 8, 2026 - Shelbyville ISD is incredibly proud to announce that Esther Harrison has been named a recipient of the UIL Sponsor Excellence Award and will celebrate her on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 3:45pm in the SHS High School Foyer.

April 14, 2026 - Parents of students living outside Shelbyville Independent School District who wish their children to attend Shelbyville Schools during the 2026-27 school year may request transfer no later than Thursday, May 21, 2026. No new transfer students will be accepted in grades 6 through 12. All transfer students who are approved will be required to pay $500 tuition annually ($1000 family maximum) to attend.
