September 25, 2026 - The 50th Annual East Texas Poultry Festival Queen’s Scholarship Pageant will be held Saturday, September 26 and reigning Queen Payton McGee will crown the 2025 Miss East Texas Poultry Festival Queen in the Center High School Cafetorium. The coronation ceremony will begin at 7pm. General admission is $5.
The Presenting Sponsor for the pageant is HR Group. Gold Sponsors are Badders Law Firm, Blake Furniture, Dazzle Me Pink and Blue, and JML Management.
Since the end of August, a dozen queen candidates have been enjoying various events including a welcome party, a fun social, Girls Giving Back, the Walk the Red Carpet event, the Doo Dah Parade, and a mother/daughter brunch. The young ladies have learned social etiquette, interview practices, and a multitude of skill sets which will prepare them for future experiences.
Pageant Committee members are Caroline Corbell - Chairman, Amy Allen, Brooke Lane, Sharisse McAdams, and Emily Teske.
2025 Poultry Festival Queen Payton McGee, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen McGee, will be escorted of Rylan Barbee, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Adam Barbee.
