December 29, 2016 - Tomorrow is the last day of the Christmas Holidays for many of the school districts in Shelby County with the students getting one extra day of vacation the following Monday. Most schools have staff developement or staff-in-service the day before the students return back to the classroom.
The following is the back to school schedule for students for the new year of 2017:
- Center ISD - students start back on Wednesday, January 4th
- Excelsior ISD - students starts back on Tuesday, January 3rd
- Joaquin ISD - students starts back on Tuesday, January 3rd
- Shelbyville ISD - students starts back on Tuesday, January 3rd
- Tenaha ISD - students starts back on Monday, January 9th
- Timpson ISD - students starts back on Monday, January 2nd
