June 14, 2019 - There will be a benefit bake sale on Saturday, June 15th at Raymond Motor Co, from 9-1pm for Domingo and Penny Almaraz.
Domingo Almaraz has been told that his cancer is terminal. April of last year he stopped doing chemo because it was making him have more problems with his liver. Now not only does he have stage 4 colon cancer, he also has stage 4 cirrhosis of the liver. So he decided he wanted quality time with family instead of quantity. He isn't great, but he is doing ok. He gets tired by the end of the day and anxiety kicks in. But, he is still a strong and determined man. The doctors gave him 6 months back in April the last time he was in the hospital, but, by the grace of God, he has beat that.
