July 17, 2026 - The family of C. W. Garrett cordially invites relatives and friends, to join them in celebrating his 90th birthday on Sunday, July 26, at 1:30pm at The Kave located at 829 Shelbyville Street, Center, Texas.
A faithful member of Mt. Zion C.M.E. Church, Mr. Garrett has lived a life rooted in faith, family, and hard work. He dedicated 51 years of service to Bruce Hardwood/Armstrong, and is admired for his and unwavering work ethic.
C. W. and his beloved wife, Gwendolyn, recently celebrated 70 years of marriage. Together they have been blessed with three children, five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
An avid Dallas Cowboys fan, Mr. Garrett has enjoyed cheering on his favorite team for decades. As he celebrates this remarkable milestone, his family invites everyone who knows him to stop by, share a memory, and help honor 90 years of a life well lived.
