February 2, 2024 - Mt. Zion C.M.E. Church Women's Conference Saturday, February 10, 2024 10am-12pm "No Stressing."

Speakers will be: 1st Lady Pearlie Nash House of Refuge Ministries Center, Texas and Sis. Stephanie Hicks Reed Chapel Baptist Church San Augustine, Texas

Registration is $20.

Center HS Class of 1988 Class Reunion

September 30, 2023 - The Class of 1988 is meeting at the Farmers State Motor Bank to decorate the float at 2pm for the parade today, September 30. Parade begins at 4. Bring candy and a big smile!

From 7:00 pm until 11:30pm, the class is hosting a social at the Center Country Club located at 3839 HWY 96N in Center.

Cost is $10 per person at the door plus anyone purchasing alcohol at the bar will be required to pay a TABC $5 charge.

For entertainment, we will reminisce about our high school days, have DJ Kenneth “Snoopy T” and Photo 360° Booth!

Mt. Zion C.M.E. Church Annual Homecoming and Revival Services

August 3, 2023 - The Mt. Zion C.M.E. Church will be having our Annual Homecoming and Revival Services beginning Sunday, August 6, 2023 at 11am. Revival services will be Monday through Wednesday, August 7th - 9th @ 7pm nightly. Our evangelists for our three-day revival will be:

June 9, 2023 - Mt. Zion Christian Methodist Episcopal Church is celebrating 147 years on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at 3pm. Guest speaker is Rev. Rhonda Christopher with St. Paul C.M.E. Church, Nacogdoches.

March 12, 2020 - Mt. Zion Church is hosting their Family & Friends Day Program on Sunday, March 15, 2020 at 3pm. Special guest speaker is Rev. David Avant, pastor of the New St. Matthew Baptist Church, Nacogdoches, TX. The theme is "Let's Be A Friend In The Family Of God" and Rev. Richard Edwards, Pastor; Anita Williams; and Tracy Garrett are Program Chairpersons.
