May 14, 2025 - Dear Community, We hope this message finds you well and hope you are enjoying the music and memories your child is creating as part of the Center High School Band program. The CHS Band is a proud tradition in our community, and we are incredibly grateful to watch our students grow and shine through their hard work and dedication.
However, behind every great student performance is a team of dedicated volunteers—and right now, we are in DESPERATE need of your help to keep this beautiful organization running strong.
The Center Band Boosters is the backbone of support for our band program. From fundraising and organizing events to ensuring our students are fed and safe at performances, we do it all. But we can’t do it alone—we truly need more hands, more voices, and more hearts involved.
Some areas where we urgently need volunteers include, but are certainly not limited to:
- Concession Stand Workers – Our biggest fundraiser during football season! We need volunteers to work shifts, help with setup and cleanup, and keep things running smoothly.
- Hospitality and Meal Prep – When our kids perform all day, they need food and encouragement. You can help with both! (Friday Night Football Games)
Whether you can give a few hours a month or a few hours a week, every bit of help counts. Even one evening in the concession stand or a few hours makes a difference. You don’t have to be a professional volunteer—you just need to care.
Please consider joining us. Let’s continue to build a program that not only supports our students musically but also teaches them the value of community, teamwork, and service.
