Center Garden Club Announces Plant Sale, 8:30 to 1:30, April 5th

April 2, 2019 - The Center Garden Club is hosting a Plant Sale on Friday, April 5th on the historic courthouse square. It will start at 8:30 am and end at 1:30 pm. Many varieties of plants will be available, from old pass-along pants and your Grandmother's old garden favorites to some of the newest and most exotic varieties on the market. Be sure to arrive early for the best selection.

Those of us to live in East Texas are blessed with a large variety of plants to choose from when planning our gardens or landscapes. Our native plants have adapted to the climate, geography, and habitat. They are generally hardy and do not require much attention. Many of them attract bees, butterflies, and other pollinators essential to our ecosystem and offer food and shelter for our wildlife.

CGC welcomes new members. Anyone interested in joining this great group of gardeners should come by and visit with us during this one-a-year sale.
