April 2, 2024 - On the square in downtown Center the Center Garden Club will be having their annual fundraiser flower sale. The sale will be Friday, April 12 from 8:30am to 12:00 noon and there will be lots to choose from!

October 10, 2023 - The Center Garden Club will be meeting on Wednesday, October 11 at 11:30. The meeting will be held at the AgriLife building located at 266 Nacogdoches Street in Center. The lecture topic will be Frontier Medicines and will be given by the Daughters of the Republic.

Center Garden Club Enjoys Program on Pressing Fresh Flowers

April 14, 2023 - Center Garden Club met on Wednesday, April 12 at the AgriLife Office. Marsha Ann Barnett was this months hostess and was the program leader. She taught the club about pressing fresh flowers and different, unique ways to display them. The group enjoyed making arrangements out of the dainty flowers and then laminating them. The flowers will be preserved and enjoyed for generations.
