February 11, 2016 - International Flower Show Judges and Hemphill Garden Club members Betty Eddleman and Nell Anderson explained terms utilized in the scale of points in judging a floral design to Center Garden Club members at their February 10 meeting at the Community House in Center, Texas.
They also critiqued a floral design by Carole Ann Chance by using principles and elements of design, creativity, expression, and artistic concept. The program was in preparation for Center Garden Club's 50th Flower Show which is free and open to the public from noon to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 22, at the Community House, 423 San Augustine Street, Center, Texas.
